We’re located in Calgary’s Beltline Design District at 11th Avenue and 6th Street SW. We’re right next to Downtown and close to everything central, including all amenities.
There are many nearby paid parking lots with affordable daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Ample street parking is also available for day visitors. We’re happy to provide a complete list of parking options for you—just send us a quick note to [email protected].
Our fully furnished private offices start at $450/month while executive suites run up to $850/month. We work with tenants to find the accomodation that best suits them.
All private office rental agreements are month to month. We require a month’s deposit at move-in and 30 days’ notice for move out. We are amenable to longer-term contracts upon tenant request.
All tenants have secure, 24/7 access to their private offices and to all ABC amenities, including the copy centre and lounges. Staffed reception hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Our private offices range from about 85 ft² to over 150 ft². Some offices can accommodate up to three people or desks per office. Smaller offices are better suited to one person.
Tenants are permitted to bring their pets to the office. Pets must remain leashed and behave in an acceptable manner, as appropriate for an office setting.
All tenants have two hours of daily complimentary access. Tenants must book in advance using our online booking site. Boardroom usage beyond these two hours varies from $35 to $75/hour, depending on boardroom size—boardrooms can variously accommodate between four and ten people.
Our fully furnished private offices for rent include a desk, cabinet, and chairs. Tenants can also bring their own furniture—the ABC can provide move-in services, if required. Members are encouraged to make their office their own with personal touches and impermanent decorations.
All private or virtual office tenants can have packages and letter mail sent to the business centre. Mail for private office tenants is delivered to and left in tenants’ own secured offices while virtual tenants can pick up their mail at the reception desk or sign up for mail forwarding.
We offer PureFibre internet which is essentially the fastest available connection in Calgary. In addition, we have a backup service provider to ensure there is 0% downtime. All private office spaces have ethernet and WiFi is available throughout the centre. Private network capability is also available upon request.
